  • ATTENDANCE - (Compulsory on the First Day of school)

    • Pupils are expected to be in the School premises 5 minutes before time to attend the prayers if late, they should be permitted by the Head-Mistress before attending the classes.

    Attendance is taken at the end of the first period or at the beginning of the second period. Sanction for leave or absence for one day may be obtained from the Teacher-in-charge, but leave for more than one day should be obtained from the Head-Mistress.

    Parent/Guardians who detain their children at home for any reason should apply for leave in writing.

  • ADMISSION RULES

    • According to rules only pupils who complete 3 years of age on or before 31st July will be admitted to standard Jr. K.G. (and progressively) to other classes.

    Pupils who seek admission to the school for the first time will have to produce his/her Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.

    Every pupil seeking admission to the Primary School should produce a Leaving Certificate if he/she comes from a recognized school and if from state other than Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate should be duly countersigned by the Education authority of the District in which he/she was studying.

    Address proof in the form of Ration card, light bill or residence agreement.

    2 passport size photographs.

    Registration fees of Rs. 200/- will be collected at the time of submission of the forms.

  • WITHDRAWAL

    • Application for leaving certificate should reach the office at least five days in advance.

    Application for the leaving certificate should be signed by the parent/guardian and applicants should call at the School Office to take the delivery of the L.C. when ready, Fees for the whole month will have to be paid if a pupil joins/leaves the school during any day of the month.
    First term – June to October of the academic year. Second term – November to May of the academic year.
