-: GENERAL RULES :-

  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the School Authorities by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline to their wards. They are to ensure that the children or wards prepare their lessons and take an active and keen interest in School Activities.
  • Parents are particularly expected to sign messages in the progress report or any other similar documents when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience.
  • Parents and Guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address or telephone number.
  • Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the pupils or interview their teachers during school hours. They may meet the class teachers only on Saturdays after school hours.
  • Parents are particularly NOT to send their children to the school if they are suffering from any contagious or infectious diseases.
  • Parents are particularly urged to see to it their children come to school in neat and clean school uniform.
  • Parents/Guardians shall not come earlier than five minutes before termination of the respective class to take charge of their wards from the school. They are also expected to take charge of their children immediately after closing of the class. The school will not be responsible for the children for more than 5 minutes after the closure of the class.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to instruct their wards not to leave the school compound during school hours for any reason (even during recess time). If the students leave the school premises, the school authority will not be responsible for any incident that may take place outside the school.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to see the Notice Board for the routine notice and announcement.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to help the children to attend the class in time. Late coming is recorded in the diary.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested NOT to send their wards to the school if they are unwell.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to check the written work done by their wards. If it is not done regularly, it should be checked then and there by parents.
  • Parents should ensure that children should be in their respective classes before the prayer bell.
  • Parents should see that children carry their own tiffins. Moreover it is compulsory that parents send only solid food like Chapathi, Dosa, Idli Bread etc. Children will not be allowed to eat snacks like chips, biscuits, wafers in the school premises.
  • Pupils should not wear valuable ornaments and should not bring valuable articles with them.
  • Leaving certificate is not given until all sums due to the school have been paid in full.
  • Rules, regulations and other contents are subject to change at the discretion of the school authorities.

-: SCHOOL CITIZENSHIP :-

Attend school daily and be in time for classes and school function.

Do not use indecent or obsence language in school . Pupils are expected to greet teachers elders and friends in pleasant tone of voice, be polite in speaking to one another, using the four magic words, viz. “Please, Thank you, Sorry and Excuse me.”

Keep the corridors, rooms and school property clean. All of us wish to be identified by our best, be it performance or appearance

Use school property carefully. You will be charged for any damage or loss that might take place due to carelessness or neglect. Always exhibit respect in class as well as outside to all members of the school community.

All are expected to speak in English.

All the students should bring chapati and Bhaji or idli or Dosa expect on Saturdays.

Afternoon Shift – Students should not come before 12.30pm and distrub the classes.

Students should have their tiffins after the prayer in the class itself and clean their respective places after eating.

Students must remain presrnt on the re-opening of the School. They must also be present on National Festival Days and on all the cultural activities of the school.

They must be properly dressed up in their full uniform.

Student must bring the diary to the school with them and follow all the rules as mentioned in the diary.
