  • TRAINING SYSTEM
  • BASIC TRAINING (3 days/week and duration is one and half hours per day) – Basic gymnastics training is for beginners and is performed 3 days per week. In this training students are given introduction to gymnastics and exercises associated with development of body form / posture. This training will help to develop fitness, strength and activeness in gymnasts.

    REGULAR TRAINING (5days/week and duration is one and half hours per day) - Regular gymnastics training is for students, who has finished 1 year of basic training and have developed the ability to perform gymnastics skills. In this training more focus is given towards body co-ordination, flexibility, balance and strength.

    ELITE TRAINING (6 days/week and duration is two and half hours per day) – Elite training for students who have finished 2 years of regular gymnastics training and really committed in performing gymnastics at competitive level. This training is focused towards performing advanced gymnastics skills and routines.

  • A TYPICAL BASIC TRAINING & REGULAR TRAINING CLASS
    • Warm up and stretches
    • Body form and core strength development exercises
    • Basic floor exercise and flexibility
    • Skill training on apparatus
    • Group activity/game and strength and cool down

Bhoir Gymkhana Organizing 3 Summer Camps for the year 2012-13

1. Local Camp from 20th April to 29th April at Bhoir Gymkhana.

2. Residential Camp from 1st May to 10th May at Balewadi sports complex pune.

3. Competitive camp from 14th May to 23rd May at Bhoir Gymkhana .
